The RiNo Art District, one of the most sought after neighborhoods in Denver to live, work and start a business, was missing a consistent brand story. As a former industrial hub with a gritty past, RiNo’s identity needed to be preserved through the challenges of urban revitalization and growth, while forging a new path for the various stakeholders to champion positive and purposeful change. BrandJuice created an actionable message matrix and brand playbook to unite messaging and establish a voice as unique as RiNo and the people who bring it to life.
