The Challenge

AccessCare (a for-profit telehealth subsidiary of Colorado Access) challenged BrandJuice to reposition the brand and refresh the visual identity—in order to make the brand meaningful to multiple audiences.

The Outcome

A revitalized AccessCare brand positioned to simplify the complex and augment the total provider-patient care experience.

AccessCare was at a critical turning point, facing market disruptions and working to balance seemingly conflicted priorities—continuing to support Colorado Access while attracting new clients and investors. BrandJuice gathered information about the brand, the competition and the vision by surveying stakeholders, current customers  and third-party distributors. Upon synthesizing the findings into guiding insights, a differentiated brand positioning was uncovered, helping to inform the creation of a new messaging strategy for multiple audiences and a refreshed visual identity—all with confidence.
