Creating a Campaign with Financial and Human Impact
THE CHALLENGE
Struggling to recruit and retain top talent amidst a volatile labor force landscape, Mom’s Meals–a food provider bringing fresh, nutritionally balanced meals direct to seniors’ homes–needed a distinct way to promote their workplace differentiators, like competitive benefits and a caring culture, among current and prospective employees.
THE OUTCOME
Leveraging employee insight, we concepted and created a multi-channel recruitment campaign centered on the promise that it pays to help others–like, really well. Equipped with a bold message that speaks to the hearts (and wallets) of prospective employees, we paired colorful portraiture with position-specific copy to mirror the vibrancy and spirit of those that make up the Mom’s Meals team–resulting in a recruitment effort that stands out in the market, and stands for the individuals Mom’s Meals wants to attract.
