As an industry leader with a well-known legacy, Scaled Agile aimed to maintain their position in the market by solidifying and future-proofing their brand. Having introduced thousands of enterprise organizations to the SAFe® Framework, the company continued to grow and needed a fresh take on organizing and communicating the brand that felt clear, distinguished and ownable.




Our partnership began with visual communication. By creating a steadfast design system that allowed for seamless implementation across a variety of different deliverables, templates and tools, BrandJuice was able to cement Scaled Agile as the key resource for business agility. Working with their design and marketing teams through a rolling brand launch internally, we established a trusted visual communication strategy that has helped them to uncover new market opportunities and build brand equity.

Then, at a time of transition sparked by the launch of an evolved online platform, BrandJuice restructured the brand portfolio based on user needs at every level of an enterprise—outlining the hierarchy of brand assets with the core offering, the SAFe Framework, at its foundation. The newly introduced SAFe® Studio greatly expanded the offering, so a set of communication tools was designed to convey the enhanced value of the brand. With a new value proposition, elevator pitch, audience-specific messaging, and portfolio graphic, BrandJuice created a compelling, cohesive story for the revitalized SAFe brand that will live long beyond the launch.
